Refund Eligibility & Return Request Process:

  • Digital Courses: We offer a 7days refund policy for digital courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted via email to om@omkarkoli.com and include the order number and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • Ebooks: Ebooks are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature. Once purchased, ebooks cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Procedures, Fees and Requirements:

  • Cancellation of Digital Courses: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a digital course, please contact us at om@omkarkoli.com as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Any cancellation fees will be clearly communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
  • No-show Policy: Failure to access or participate in a scheduled course does not constitute grounds for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to attend scheduled sessions and participate in the course as outlined.

Processing Fee

Please note that a processing fee may apply to refund transactions. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing the refund.
